Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. Please contact me via email for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.

I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited.

I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.

Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.

I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.

Due to being a full time student with a part time/full time job commissions may take longer than expected if the situation arises.

Payment must be through PayPal or Venmo unless I state otherwise. At least 50% (non refundable) must be paid before I start working. After the sketch is approved the remaining must be paid. Smaller commissions and YCH’s may required FULL PAYMENT before I start working.

If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but Before the sketch has been approved, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).

In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).

Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.

You must be at least 18 years are older, this is non negotiable. An ID may be requested.

You MUST have a reference sheet.

if you live outside the U.S., you must convert your currency to USD.

I have the right to refuse the order

If you have a harsh deadline you must notify me in your commission form so I can properly gauge my ability to do your commission.

If your account is blank or seems untrustworthy then I may refuse a commission (to avoid scams)

Commissions are prioritized over raffle prizes.

Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat color if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.

Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.

Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered unless stated otherwise
